Store Policies

About Our Items

Many products are reworked, vintage, or collectible one-offs. Minor signs of age or small imperfections are normal and part of each item’s character. We photograph and describe items as accurately as possible.

Condition & Authenticity

  • Condition labels: New in Box / Excellent Vintage / Reworked / Pre-Owned.

  • Authenticity: Branded items are authenticated to the best of our ability; original boxes/tags included when available.

Sizing & Measurements

Vintage and reworked pieces can fit differently than modern sizing. Please check measurements listed on each product page and contact us with fit questions before purchasing.

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Payments

We accept the secure payment methods offered at checkout by Wix and its partners. Your payment details are processed by those providers; we do not store full card information.

Order Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking once dispatched.

Local Pickup

  • Ready within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Wait for confirmation before arriving.

  • Pickup hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM.

  • We hold orders 7 business days; message us if you need more time.

Shipping

We ship within Canada (and select regions on request) via Canada Post/Chit Chats/UPS, based on best rate and destination. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once a parcel is in transit, carrier delays are outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed after carrier acceptance. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier with your tracking number; we’ll assist where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of reworked, vintage, and collectible items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Issues (Damaged/Incorrect)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and work toward a fair resolution.

Cancellations & Holds

Orders can be canceled only before shipping or before an item is marked “ready for pickup.” We do not place unpaid holds unless explicitly stated on a product page.

Gift Cards & Digital Items

Digital items and gift cards are delivered electronically after payment and are final sale.

Sustainability Promise

We source from private collections, curated vintage, and selective thrift rescues. Reworks prioritize reclaimed or deadstock materials. Packaging favors recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible.

Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process and fulfill your order (name, email, shipping address). Data is handled through Wix and its secure payment partners. We do not sell your data. For questions or deletion requests, contact us.
